The Nasu-Karasuyama/Nakagawa area is famous for its "Kanko Yana" (sightseeing yana) in summer, when ayu fish are caught. The area is rich in nature, including the 65-meter-wide, 20-meter-high Ryumon-no-taki Waterfall over the Egawa River.
